Sonos ZoneBridge - SonosNet wireless extender

If you require large network coverage, or would rather not use a ZonePlayer to connect to a NAS device or PC, then the Sonos ZoneBridge is the cost effective way to do this. This device greatly extends SonosNet coverage (which is a secure mesh network), and seamlessly fits into your network.

All of your ZonePlayers™ and Controllers will work wireless and can be placed anywhere in your home.

This piece of equipment is not essential, and if your router is in the same place as your music storage device whether this be PC or an NAS device, you should skip this and head straight for ZonePlayers.

Instant wireless setup
Its easy to start using Sonos with the ZoneBridge. Connecting the ZoneBridge to your router with an Ethernet cable, switching it on, then pressing the start button will start SonosNet, a fully secure AES encrypted, wireless mesh network that enabling other Sonos devices to control and play music anywhere in your home.

Easy Internet connectivity for other devices in your home
SonosNet can act as a standard network router, streaming any type of data between its two Ethernet ports. This will allow standard Internet traffic with such devices as your PVR, PC, NAS device or Games Console.

Extend the range of SonosNet
For very large homes, you can use the bridge to extend the SonosNet between ZonePlayers that a far apart, or increase the range the controller can be used.

Automatic updates
Sonos devices will automatically update, and notify you when the updates need applying. Pressing one button will update your entire system, often bringing new features and services.
