You will note that our range of cable brands may be different from other retailers. This is because we have carefully selected a range of products that will meet all budgets and applications. Orders placed between 3 and 5pm are often dispatched the same day. Where items are shown as out of stock or are made to order the estimated time to dispatch will be clearly stated. Orders that contain items that are out of stock will only be dispatched when all items are available. If you require part-shipping please place the orders separately. Delivery Options We offer you several delivery options so that you can choose the most appropriate to your needs. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the overall weight of your order as this will provide you with the most economical means of delivery and all the available options will be offered to you at the checkout. We recommend that you select Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier delivery as both of these services are guaranteed next day services and provide online tracking of your delivery. However, we also provide the options of Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class recorded delivery for economy and where items are not urgent. All orders will require a signature on delivery. If the parcel cannot be signed for, a card will be left and the goods will be returned to the local depot for collection or redelivery. Free Delivery Orders that have a goods total of £50.00 or more will receive Free Delivery and will be dispatched by Parcel Force 3-5 day service depending, however you can choose elect to choose another delivery method at a discounted price. Free delivery is only available on orders that are to be delivered to mainland and non-remote areas of the UK. Isle of Man, Highlands the Channel Islands and other remote areas receive a discounted delivery cost on orders over £50.00. The appropriate delivery options and costs will be shown at the check once you have entered your delivery address. Collection If you place your order online or by telephone you may select the option to collect your order in person. You will not be charged delivery if you collect your order. Orders can be collected between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Please leave at least 2 business hours from the time you place your order before you call to collect. Areas of Delivery We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Highlands and remote areas may take longer than the stated delivery times. We DO NOT deliver to the Channel Islands or Southern Ireland. Description of Delivery Options Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - 1st Class First Class mail aims to deliver your order the next working day, including Saturday, after dispatch. However, this is not a guaranteed service and Royal Mail estimate that only 90% of 1st Class mail is delivered on the next working day. Royal Mail insists that you wait at least 6 working days before they will consider the item to be officially delayed therefore we will not be able to take any action until this time has elapsed. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - 2nd Class Second Class mail aims to deliver your order on the third working day after dispatch. However, this is not a guaranteed service and Royal Mail estimate that 97% of 2nd Class mail arrives within 3 working days. Royal Mail insists that you wait at least 7 working days before they will consider the item to be officially delayed therefore we will not be able to take any action until this time has elapsed. Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Day Before 1.00pm Use Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day for delivery by 1.00pm on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Some remote places such as Channel Islands and the Highlands take longer to deliver to, but are still guaranteed to be delivered within three working days by 5.30 pm. When you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Day Before 9.00am Use Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day for delivery by 9.00am on the next working day (Monday to Friday). This service is not available for deliveries to remote areas. When you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. Royal Mail Special Delivery - Saturday Use Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Saturday Guarantee for orders that are dispatched on a Friday and are required for a guaranteed delivery on Saturday. This service is not available for deliveries to remote areas. When you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. Courier - 24 Hour Delivery This service will deliver your order before 5.00pm on the following working day after your goods are despatched. This service is provided by Parcel Force and when you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. Courier - 48 Hour Delivery This service will deliver your order within 2 working days after your goods are despatched. This service is provided by Parcel Force and when you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. Courier - Saturday Delivery This service will deliver your order for a Saturday delivery providing you place your order before 3.00PM on Friday. This service is provided by Parcel Force and when you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. Saturday delivery is charged at £14.95 if your order is under £50.00 and £7.00 if it is over. Courier - Northen Ireland This service will deliver your order to Northen Ireland within 2 working days from the time you placed your order. This service is provided by Parcel Force and when you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. This service is charged at £12.70 if your order is under £50.00 and £4.75 if it is over. Courier - Zone 2 Highlands and Remote Area This service will deliver your order to the Scottish Highlands and remote areas within Scotland within 2 working days from when you placed your order. This service is provided by Parcel Force and when you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. This service is charged at £14.95 if your order is under £50.00 and £7.95 if it is over. Courier - Zone 3 Isle of Man & Scilly Isles This service will deliver your order to the Isle of Man & Scilly Isles and remote Isles within the United Kingdom within 2 working days from when you placed your order. This service is provided by Parcel Force and when you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. This service is charged at £12.75 if your order is under £50.00 and £4.95 if it is over. Delivery Charges Delivery on all orders with a total goods value of over £50.00 is granted FREE next working day delivery to UK Mainland addresses (excludes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and remote areas of Scotland).
