Its the end of August already and there’s been a whole bunch of great sporting action so far this year — the Beijing Olympics have just come to an end, there’s been the SuperBowl earlier in the year, in soccer the Euro 2008 has come and gone. Also, the FA CUP and the UEFA Champions League. Wimbledon is over and rev-heads have been enjoyed almost a full season of F1, Moto GP, Indy and Nascar. So what other opportunities do the masses have to sacrifice offerings to the gods of sport?

When you go the cinema next, take a moment to think about where you like to sit and how comfortable the seating is. Personally, I’m a front and middle type of guy; close enough to see all the details of the picture but not so close that I strain my neck to comfortably view. So when it comes to home theater stuff, you should have no problem snagging the best seats in the house - its your house and you own the seats and you get to decide who seats where, right? Ideally you’ll want to set up for ‘movie night’ and plop down in a comfortable, soft, supple seat, something with a smooth exterior well positioned to watch the film or the big game — you get the idea!
