About Delivery
Order Dispatch.
Orders placed before 3pm (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) will be processed and dispatched the same day providing that all the items are in stock. Orders placed between 3 and 5pm are often dispatched the same day. Where items are shown as out of stock or are made to order the estimated time to dispatch will be clearly stated. Orders that contain items that are out of stock will only be dispatched when all items are available. If you require part-shipping please place the orders separately.
Delivery Options
We offer you several delivery options so that you can choose the most appropriate to your needs. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the overall weight of your order as this will provide you with the most economical means of delivery and all the available options will be offered to you at the checkout.
We recommend that you select Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier delivery as both of these services are guaranteed next day services and provide online tracking of your delivery. However, we also provide the options of Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class recorded delivery for economy and where items are not urgent.
All orders will require a signature on delivery. If the parcel cannot be signed for, a card will be left and the goods will be returned to the local depot for collection or redelivery.
Free Delivery
Orders that have a goods total of £50.00 or more will receive Free Delivery and will be dispatched by Parcel Force 3-5 day service depending, however you can choose elect to choose another delivery method at a discounted price.
Free delivery is only available on orders that are to be delivered to mainland and non-remote areas of the UK. Isle of Man, Highlands the Channel Islands and other remote areas receive a discounted delivery cost on orders over £50.00.
The appropriate delivery options and costs will be shown at the check once you have entered your delivery address.
Collection
If you place your order online or by telephone you may select the option to collect your order in person. You will not be charged delivery if you collect your order. Orders can be collected between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Please leave at least 2 business hours from the time you place your order before you call to collect.
Areas of Delivery
We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Highlands and remote areas may take longer than the stated delivery times. We DO NOT deliver to the Channel Islands or Southern Ireland.
Description of Delivery Options
Courier - Saturday Delivery
This service will deliver your order for a Saturday delivery providing you place your order before 3.00PM on Friday. This service is provided by Parcel Force and when you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. Saturday delivery is charged at £24.95 if your order is under £50.00 and £17.00 if it is over.
Courier - Northen Ireland
This service will deliver your order to Northen Ireland within 2 working days from the time you placed your order. This service is provided by Parcel Force and when you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. This service is charged at £12.70 if your order is under £50.00 and £4.75 if it is over.
Courier - Zone 2 Highlands and Remote Area
This service will deliver your order to the Scottish Highlands and remote areas within Scotland within 2 working days from when you placed your order. This service is provided by Parcel Force and when you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. This service is charged at £14.95 if your order is under £50.00 and £7.95 if it is over.
Courier - Zone 3 Isle of Man & Scilly Isles
This service will deliver your order to the Isle of Man & Scilly Isles and remote Isles within the United Kingdom within 2 working days from when you placed your order. This service is provided by Parcel Force and when you select this option you will be able to track your delivery online by following the link you receive in the dispatch confirmation email. This service is charged at £12.75 if your order is under £50.00 and £4.95 if it is over.
