Returns and Refunds Policy
Our 30-day Money Back Guarantee
We hope you are happy with your order from Clearly AV but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date we dispatched the item, unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note that this money back guarantee does not apply to 'made to order' items and cable that has been cut to length.
If you would like to return an item under our 30 day money back guarantee, please contact customer services. Items that have had the packaging opened or seals broken can only be returned if the goods are faulty.
When returning goods under the terms of our 30 day money back guarantee, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. If following the return, the total original order value is less than £50.00, the free delivery will no longer be applicable.
Clearly AV will therefore refund the cost of the returned item, less the original delivery cost incurred by Clearly AV.

IMPORTANT - Before returning an item for any reason please contact Customer Services and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) first.
Returning damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your postage costs of returning it to us.
Items damaged in transit
If you receive and item from us that has been damaged in transit please contact customer services within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you and will issue you with a returns authorisation number for returning the damaged item to us.
If the damaged item is not returned to us within a period of 14 days from the date the replacement item was dispatched we reserve the right to charge you the cost of the replacement item and delivery charges to the payment card used for the original order.
Defective or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that the item you receive is faulty please contact customer services as soon as possible who will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or offer a full refund.
If the faulty item is not returned to us within a period of 14 days from the date the replacement item was dispatched we reserve the right to charge you the cost of the replacement item and delivery charges to the payment card used for the original order.
If you discover the item is faulty more than 30 days after receiving the goods please consult the manufacturer's warranty information supplied with the goods. Many manufacturers have systems in place for dealing with warranty claims quickly and easily. Alternatively you may choose to contact customer services who will be happy to arrange a repair or exchange as appropriate.
When a replacement item is supplied and the faulty item is not returned to us within a period of 14 days from the date the replacement item was dispatched we reserve the right to charge you the cost of the replacement item and delivery charges to the payment card used for the original order.
It is our policy to check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault or the damage or fault is caused by misuse, accidental damage or neglect, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our costs from you.
Incorrectly supplied or incorrectly described item
If the item you receive is not what you ordered or is not as described on our site please contact customer services who will arrange for a replacement or refund.
The incorrectly described or incorrectly supplied item should be returned to us within 14 days of receiving them. If the item/s is not returned to us within this period we reserve the right to charge you the cost of the replacement item and delivery charges to the payment card used for the original order.
Delivery and Return of Goods
All goods sent out by Clearly AV must be signed for on delivery. For your own protection we recommend that if you are returning goods to us that you do so by a recorded delivery method.
