ADSL or Cable Modem Router   ZoneBridge or ZonePlayer   Additional ZonePlayers as required

Overview

An ADSL or cable modem is required, however this may be built into your router. If you do not have a router than you will need to purchase one. The router is where you should connect either a ZoneBridge or ZonePlayer, via an Ethernet cable. Use a ZonePlayer if you need to listen to music at the routers location, use a ZoneBridge if you do not.

Once you have connected the first Sonos device to your router, you are free to add as many other ZonePlayers throughout your home, they will all communicate with each other wirelessly.
